Selling With Us

As a vendor mall with 30+ individual vendors, we value each of our vendors. To sell with us as a vendor, we have a basic month to month agreement with no long commitment. We only ask for a 30 day notice before moving out.
Booth rent is $1.20 per square foot per month plus 10% commission to the store. Booth sizes vary but an example 8x10 booth would be $96 per month.
Each evening, our point of sale system emails each vendor a list of all items sold in their booth, including month to date and daily sale totals. Most vendors find this very convenient to know the items needed to restock and calculate their month end payout.
At the beginning of each month, vendors receive a check in the amount of their previous month's sales, minus the 10% commission and current month's rent. We promise to have vendor checks ready by the 5th of each month.
